Start with the real business.

Olivier Goossens shares his motorcycle experience out on the trails. The website needed to explain his business and make practical information easy to find before contacting him.

Organise without losing character.

I worked on the website structure, design and messaging. The aim: present training and outings clearly, give riders useful guidance and preserve Go Trail Experience’s direct voice.

A delivered website. A personal connection.

The website is live. Olivier handles participation requests personally, with no automatic booking or payments. The effects on enquiries, registrations and time saved have not yet been measured.

FROM NEED TO JOURNEY

Make the information useful.

Two distinct offers

Training develops riding skills; outings offer guided riding. I structured the content so visitors can understand the difference before choosing a day.

Guidance before enquiring

Dates, rider level and practical requirements sit within the journey. Form choices give Olivier the context he needs to respond personally.

Four languages, one voice

Navigation and information in French, Dutch, German and English, preserving GTE’s direct voice. The selected language travels with links between the sites.

An enquiry, not a confirmed place

The site collects participation enquiries. Olivier retains decisions on suitability, availability and confirmation. My role: structure, design, copy, navigation and the contact journey.
